What started as an experiment years ago has now become a well-established program: Every 1.5 years, the CAS Corporate Treasury program begins. It provides a solid foundation in modern financial risk management, covers current risk measurement methods and hedging approaches, and, with its practical focus, ensures that participants can apply what they’ve learned in their everyday business operations.

Lumova, with Sebastian Bodemer from the very beginning, has played a key role in the development and structure of the CAS Corporate Treasury program. This year, Sebastian will continue to teach topics such as treasury organization, liquidity risk management, interest and currency risk management, as well as the increasingly important commodity risks. The curriculum will also cover current issues such as cryptocurrencies, model risks, and the use of derivatives.

Sebastian will also co-examine the midterm presentations alongside program director Marco Canipa: case study presentations on current treasury topics.
